Jessica Cuellar, PhD 

Dr. Cuellar is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY27633) offering counseling services in the San Francisco Bay Area, with offices in San Carlos and Menlo Park.  She has expertise in providing treatment to individuals, couples, parents, and families who want to improve stress management, mood, and relationships.  She uses treatment approaches that have been scientifically proven to be effective in decreasing distress and increasing relationship quality.  Dr. Cuellar utilizes a collaborative and active therapeutic approach to help clients identify the lives and relationships they want for themselves and help them achieve these goals.
